Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Snap 360 Media's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Snap 360 Media provides professional real estate photography, videography, virtual tours, and related media services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Note: For photography services, please also review our Photography Service Agreement, which contains specific terms and conditions for photography bookings.
Booking and Payment
Services must be booked through our official booking system. Payment terms and conditions will be provided at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. For specific cancellation terms related to photography services, please refer to our Photography Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, and other media created by Snap 360 Media remain the property of Snap 360 Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property. For detailed copyright and licensing terms for photography services, please see our Photography Service Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Snap 360 Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Related Agreements
In addition to these Terms of Service, users booking photography services are subject to our Photography Service Agreement, which contains specific terms and conditions for photography bookings. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Photography Service Agreement, the Photography Service Agreement shall prevail with respect to photography services.
